Consumer Products
Dial 800-508-5545 and ask for "Consumer Sales".
Payment: We accept Master Card, Visa, and American Express. Please, have ready your
credit card number, date of expiration, and name as it appears on the credit card. Also, have
ready a ship to address.
Terms: Prices include packing for shipment, but do not include any applicable shipping
charges and state sales taxes. We add shipping charges at our exact cost, either UPS ground or
US Priority Mail. Because we might not know them at the time of ordering, we would add them to
the credit charges. Upon request, we will telephone you first to inform you of the charges before
we charge and ship.
