TS-72 is an extreme temperature thread compound for temperatures up to 2,600°F. It is ideal for chemical and power plants in applications such as valves, pumps, heat exchanger joints, fasteners, extruders, reactors and compressors.

TS-72contains 76% by weight of lubricating solids, including a high content of nickel. A high content of solids assures consistent torque requirements and problem-free breakout after prolonged periods of times. TS-72 contains no metals except nickel.

TS-72 is thixotropic: It has a firm consistency to prevent settling of solids, but it becomes fluid after agitation for applying with a brush. TS-72 Break Torque does not contain hydrocarbons.
