TS-77 is a general purpose antiseize lubricant and protective coating for
temperatures from -40°F to +2200°F (-40°C to 1240°C). It may be applied to hot surfaces without
flaming or obnoxious fumes. Suitable for stainless alloys at high temperature. It is excellent for use with
heavy, slow-speed slide applications, for journal and loose-tolerance bearings.
It plates onto metal surfaces to withstand heat, pressure, wear and corrosive environments. It is
water repellent, chemically resistant and non-gumming. It is synthetic and does not have a dropping point. It
contains no particles of nickel, lead, copper or molybdenum. TS-77 is a blend of lubricants,
with aluminum, each with its own effective working range. Bearings may be packed [but lightly]
with TS-77. It is insoluble with polar solvents, such as water, ethyl alcohol,
isopropyl alcohol, acetone, soluble with hydrocarbon and chlorohydrocarbon solvents.
