Terms And Conditions
Prices
T.S. Moly’s stated prices are
list prices and will apply in all cases with the following
exceptions:
- Purchases made for resale
- Purchases made by OEM’s for use in their own manufactured
product
- Large export orders
- Exceptional cases in which marketing considerations
indicate that a discount will be advantageous both to T.S.
Moly and its customer
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Terms of Sales
Our terms are Net-30 Days for customers with
established credit. Orders may also be charged to your
Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover account.
Otherwise, payment must be made in advance or at the time of
delivery.
Minimum Order
Except in cases where a purchase is made for the purpose of
testing a T.S. Moly product, there will be a minimum net
billing of $75 excluding charges for freight and taxes.
Sales Tax
State or local taxes are not included in prices. Texas and
Louisiana customers must add applicable sales tax. If tax
exempt, a copy of sales tax exemption certificate must be on
file at T.S. Moly Lubricants.

May be available on request.
Shipping Cost
All items are F.O.B. our facility in Houston, Texas.
Normally, shipping costs are prepaid and added to our
invoice.
Return Policy
All return claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of order.
No returns will be accepted without a RETURNS GOOD
AUTHORIZATION. All returns will be subject to inspection.
Acceptable returns will be subject to a 20% restocking
charge.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. There is no
return for custom items.
Warranty
Field conditions and practices exist which are beyond the
knowledge or control of T.S. Moly Lubricants. Therefore T.S.
Moly Lubricants only warrants its products to be free of
defect in material or formulation in accordance with T.S.
Moly Lubricants’
published specifications and in conformance to applicable
laws and regulations. T.S. Moly Lubricants, Inc. negates and
disclaims the implied warranty or merchantability and the
implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. No
other warranty exists, either express or implied.
